Dispatch times

We endeavour to ship all online orders on the same day. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 14:00 GMT. Orders received after 14:00 GMT are processed the next working day.

Delivery methods and charges

Orders worth more than £50.00 are sent by courier. Orders worth less than £50.00 are sent by first class post. If you would prefer courier delivery for an order under £50.00, you can choose it and pay the additional courier charge.

Next-day delivery is available for £18.50.

Prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at 20% is added to the order total at checkout.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before you place your order. Contact us promptly at info@gleesim.co.uk if you need to change an address.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
