Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order cancelled prior to dispatch of goods

In the event that an order is cancelled prior to dispatch of goods, whether as a result of an unsatisfactory credit assessment, internal compliance review, risk profiling outcome, or at the customer’s request, GleeSIM reserves the right to retain and deduct a non refundable administrative and payment processing charge equivalent to 5% of the total transaction value.

Where applicable, a restocking or order handling fee of up to 2% of the total transaction value may also be deducted to cover operational, merchant processing, gateway, and associated administrative costs incurred.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that such charges represent a reasonable pre estimate of costs incurred by GleeSIM in processing, reviewing, reserving stock allocation, and administering the transaction, including third party payment provider fees which may not be recoverable.

By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these terms as part of the contractual agreement governing the transaction.

Exceptions and Non Returnable Items

Certain categories of goods are strictly non returnable.

In relation to SIM cards and associated connectivity services, where usage exceeds 1MB of data following activation, the customer shall be deemed to have commenced service consumption and will therefore be liable for the full applicable monthly line rental and any associated charges. Such SIMs shall not be eligible for return or refund.

Hardware products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or where any manufacturer or security seal has been broken, removed, or damaged, shall be deemed non refundable and non returnable, unless proven to be faulty in accordance with statutory consumer rights.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for discounted or sale items, nor for gift cards under any circumstances.

Customers who are uncertain about the eligibility of a specific item for return are advised to contact our support team prior to initiating any return request.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
